二零零七年十月九日 - 香港業餘高球好手高銘澤今日(10月9日)於資格賽中表現神勇，成功取得參賽資格，將在下月舉行的瑞銀香港高爾夫球公開賽中，與世界頂級球星一較高下。
年僅19歲的高銘澤於兩輪資格賽中，成功以2桿之差，在五個參賽資格中佔一席位。
「對於這兩輪賽事的表現，我感到很滿意，我將會在香港公開賽中全力以赴。」高銘澤說。
該名高球天才分別以66桿和71桿，以低標準桿5桿共137桿勝出在粉嶺香港哥爾夫球會老球場舉行的資格賽。
至於僅次於高銘澤的健兒，計有同以低標準桿3桿共139桿完成賽事的馮裕德(69-70)和Dominique Boulet (68-71)，鄧氶志 (69-73)則打出平桿成績。
至於第五個參賽資格則落入贏得四人加洞賽第二洞的鄧敏祺 (73-74)手上。
高銘澤去年成功打入香港公開賽，雖然最終未能取得入圍，但他卻對今年的賽事信心十足。
高銘澤表示：「過去六個月我在美國參加過一個訓練課程，並參予不少賽事，這些對我來說都是很寶貴的經驗。」
「我的心理狀況很好，球技也得到改善，我相信今年可於賽事中成功入圍，並以順利打入頭30名為目標。」
高銘澤將聯同其他國際一級球星參予在11月15日至18日，假粉嶺複合球場舉行，總獎金達200萬美元的瑞銀香港高爾夫球公開賽。
賽事迎來世界高球猛將，包括2003年大師賽(Masters)冠軍華亞(Mike Weir)、兩屆美國公開賽(US Open)盟主古信(Retief Goosen)、職巡賽名將崔京周(KJ Choi)和恩美文(Trevor Immelman)，以及中國首席猛將兼排名瑞銀亞巡賽獎金榜第一的梁文沖。
由瑞銀集團贊助的費度亞洲系列賽(Faldo Series Asia)亦同時間於資格賽內錄選排名較佳的年青業餘球員去參加此系列賽的總決賽。
因些，高銘澤除了成功出線資格賽外，更同時取得費度亞洲系列賽總決賽12至21歲男子組四個參賽資格的其中一個名額，賽事將於12月12日至14日在深圳觀瀾湖高爾夫球會舉行，並由六度贏得四大賽事的費度(Nick Faldo)主理。
另外，廖瑋浩、Vilhelm von Sydow 和伍城鋒也順利取得參賽資格。
女子組方面，何雁詩和 陳芷澄在上星期的香港女子業餘公開賽(Hong Kong Ladies Open Amateur Championship)中成功在12至21歲的組別中脫穎而出取得參賽資格。
