Thai golfer Panuphol PITTAYARAT attends Hong Kong Blind Sports Federation Golf Clini

Hong Kong, 23 October, 2015: Thai golfer Panuphol PITTAYARAT meets the members from Hong Kong Blind Sports Foundation and shares his golf tips at the driving range of Hong Kong Golf Club during the tournament week of UBS Hong Kong Open.

The Thai rising star said: ”It’s my first time to conduct such a special golf clinic here, which was very meaningful. I was quite impressed by what they can do. Just now I tried to hit the shot with my eyes closed, it’s pretty difficult to have the coordination and get control of it. I really admire those guys for what they usually do in their life.”

When asked about his second round performance, the Thai said:”I am satisfied with my performance today and hopefully I can play through the whole week. I don’t have pressure to play against the star players. I just try my best to play my game.”

During the clinic, the Thai gave his glove to a youngster named Ting Ting who was very excited to receive the unique gift.

Hong Kong’s oldest professional sporting event is sponsored by UBS and supported by the Hong Kong SAR Government’s Mega Events Fund.
