Fancy your chances against the world’s best?
If you’ve ever wondered what’s it’s like to compete in front of the galleries in a professional golf tournament, then Beat the Pro is your chance to find out!
For the first time in the tournament’s 61-year history, the Hong Kong Open is enabling 20 amateur golfers to compete ON COURSE, under tournament conditions, against the stars of the game – and all for a very good cause.
With all proceeds going to Operation Santa Claus, we’re asking all you golfing wannabe professionals, weekend warriors, and charity rock-stars to bid for a place in this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. We’ll be releasing places every week in the run up to the tournament, so keep an eye on the tournament social media for updates.
With eight places pre-allocated to talented youngsters, we’ve got 12 spots to give away to the general public. So have a whip-round amongst friends and work colleagues, put your money where your mouth is and let’s raise some cash!
Giving you even more reason to dig deep this festive season, our friends at McLaren Hong Kong have donated a track day experience to the two top winners of Beat the Pro!
If you manage to Beat the Pro on Saturday 11th January, and are one of the top two hits of the day, McLaren will spoil you with a trip to the test track in Zhu Hai to test drive one of their cars!
The experience will include track racing with an instructor, with F&B and even accommodation (if longer than a one day event) included on a date TBC in Q1 2020.
Help us raise money!
Spectators and golf lovers can help the tournament raise as much money as possible for the chosen beneficiaries by getting involved and putting their money where their mouth is.
